Copy of jscoverage from http://siliconforks.com/jscoverage/.
Put it here so we could track binary builds and refer to it from other projects.
To update the binaries and code:
- Extract the source package (ex: jscoverage-0.5.1.tar.bz2)
- Put it overtop of jscoverage
- Run build_it.sh
