2. Compilation (for example)
    g++ -lopencv_core -lopencv_highgui -lopencv_imgproc -lopencv_photo -lopencv_video -ljsoncpp -stdc++11 -pthread main.cpp camera.cpp motiontrack.cpp hardware.cpp

3. Config
    To configurate the program, edit the file preferences.json or pass an alternative preference file to the program as the only command line parameter.
    The values in the default preferences.json should be relatively sane.
