genTest.out and pre.out is written in C++ and we should first make it.

• genTest.out (# of sequence)
• pre.out is used for pre-processing of data

./train.sh (file name (no extension)) (e=?) (c=?)

After excuting, there will be a file in model named percentage of the loss

./predict.py (model name)

This will produce an answer file named (model name).ans
