TeraStitcher

A tool for fast automatic 3D-stitching of teravoxel-sized microscopy images (BMC Bioinformatics 2012, 13:316), exploiting multi-level parallelism for stitching very large microscopy images (Frontiers in Neuroinformatics, 13, 2019).
