Dreamcast fake SDL_Mixer library - Uses KOS functions to play sound and music.

Replace the real SDL_mixer.h with the one included in this project. Build the project and add -lFAKE_mixer in your makefile.

Initial release: - Supports mod files via mikmod. - Sound effects are played using snd_sfxmgr
