This project has to goal to shared resources (data) over a network.

The objective is to have authentification, but library does not known about
Users, group of users, peers...

User of the library give an object for help authentificate.

User library communicate with a user process to centralise requests.

This process communicate directly with peers, or with an other process on the machine.
