A distributed system for cluster resource managment for multi programing model, like Hadoop, MPI. The system is similar to Mesos, however it has a very creative feature which called Auto-Scaling. It can scale out or scale down the program model automatically by monitor the resource it used. Beside, Cello provides resource virtualization by LXC
