** runx.sh, rebuildAtJobsChangeFrame.sh, mmpegWatchdog.sh need set execute path.

0.Test whether ip camreas on line
  "sudo ./checkIPCameras.sh"


1.Once boot up
	1.1 "sudo ./runx.sh" runs all the camera task;
	1.2 "sudo ./mmpegWatchdog.sh" to restart mmpeg when it halted.
	1.3 "sudo ./rebuildAtJobsChangeFrame.sh" to setup "at" jobs to restart
		 mmpeg when time is up to change the frame.
	
2.Once the files under camera storage directory stops increase after 5 minutes(Parent dir modified time 5 more minutes than now)
	2.1 "sudo ./restart xx" restart the stoped mmpeg and main program   
	
3.Add a new camera
	2.1 Add new line to ipcs.info
	2.2 "sudo ./addNewCamera.sh 20"
