Parallel Relief-F


Parallel Relief-F was initially implemented by Michael Slavik, Xingquan Zhu, Imad Mahgoub, and Muhammad Shoaib, of Florida Atlantic University.

The source code was released under no license restrictions to the University of Tulsa on the 14th of December, 2009. At the time of this writing, it is not considered to be under any license, and thus fully free for use by any party, for any purpose.
