Co-clustering is C++ program that simultaneously clusters both the rows and columns of a two-dimensional data matrix.
$ git clone git@github.com:jcasse/co-clustering.git
$ cd co-clustering
$ make
$ bin/co-cluster <dataframe_file.csv> <output_dir>
The program reads a two-dimensional data matrix as a dataframe from a CSV file and outputs row_clustering.csv and col_clustering.csv, also a dataframes, to the specified output directory.
