runtime

use the keys:
  '1' - display the node circle
  '2' - display the trx radio range circle
  '3' - display the radio interference circle
  'l' - display lines of moving nodes
  'n' - display name labels of nodes
  'p' or <space> - pause
  'q' or <ESC>   - quit
