A simple analyzer to ntuplize the L1Trigger upgrade formats
It needs to be cloned into a subfolder of a CMSSW env:
git clone git@github.com:richard-cms/L1UpgradeAnalyzer.git Analyzers/L1UpgradeAnalyzer
scram build -j4
Then you can run the file under Analyzers/L1UpgradeAnalyzer/test
