Description:
  This module adds x-resizeimage header support to Apache/2.x.

Require modules:
  ImageMagick-c++-devel
  libmemcached-devel

To build in Linux (CentOS):
  $ make

To install:
  Copy mod_resizeimage.so to your apache module directory.
  ex. /usr/lib/httpd/module/

To enable the module:
  LoadModule resizeimage_module     /usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod_resizeimage.so
  X-ResizeImage On

Samples:
  t/resize.conf     Sample config.
  t/resize.cgi      Sample CGI.
