Currently only builds on UNIX.
Most dependencies are handled automatically, except for CMake, SQL2 and Bullet.
# OSX:
brew install cmake sdl2 bullet
# Common:
git clone --recursive https://github.com/tbastos/solid
cd solid
mkdir build
make runtbastos/solid
