Installation

1) Install Dependencies

    libav:
        sudo apt-get install yasm libx264-dev

    libav_image_transport:
        sudo apt-get install ros-groovy-dynamic-reconfigure ros-groovy-image-transport

2) Make packages

    catkin_make_isolated
