Hybserv to anope converter

This consists of a unixcrypt / sha1 module for anope (to support hybserv password hashes), and some tools for porting the db. The unixcrypt hashes are put into the anope db, but when you register a new nick, or change your password, the normal sha1 module hashing is used. The sample services.conf presented here attempts to match the default behaviour of hybserv, and also is set up to make this conversion work (uses enc_netsoc auth module). This only works for hybserv dbs using unixcrypt hashes, but it would probably be trivial to modify to support hybrid md5 hashes.
Access lists are trick - for a start, adding them via sql directly doesn't seem to work for whatever reason, so you have to paste commands into chanserv. Sencondly, and more importantly, hybserv allows a registered nick OR a hostmask to be added to an access list, anope allows only a registered nick, so a 100% conversion is not possible, but as you can grab a registed nick from _most_ hostmasks, it works reasonably well.


To use:
    First make sure you have anope running using mysql.
    Stop anope.
    Then, run chan.py and nick.py in a folder containing chan.db and nick.db from hybserv.
    Paste the output sql into mysql.
    In your anope dir, rm *.db (everything is still in mysql, so this is ok).
    Start anope.
    Run access.py, and paste the output into chanserv while logged in as an oper.
    Done.
