Portable DCC Alpha Version 0.0

Albuquerque Seismological Laboratory United States Geological Survey - Department of Interior

This is the first release of the Portable Data Collection System.

The initial contents of this release is the dumpseed data analyzer and the DCC portable libraries for the LISS system (Live Internet Seismic Server).

Portability has been tested on the following platforms:

Solaris 2.5.1
SunOs 4.1.3_U1
FreeBSD 2.1.5
Redhat Linux 4.2

Compilation will probably require GCC or at least an ANSI compiler.
