Boruvka

Boruvka is C library implementing some basic mathematical routines as well
as some basic low level algorithms.

License
--------
Boruvka is licensed under OSI-approved 3-clause BSD License, text of license
is distributed along with source code in BSD-LICENSE file.
Each file should include license notice, the rest should be considered as
licensed under 3-clause BSD License.
The exception is the timsort submodule that is licensed under Apache 2.0
license (which can be excluded by setting USE_TIMSORT=no in Makefile).
