Cross Platform Ogre Game Kit

1. Download Ogre 1.9.x SDK for the platform(s) you want to build
2. Download Ogre 1.9.x Dependencies for the platform(s) you want to build
3. Checkout the Ogre Game Kit Repo
4. Modify the OGRE_SDK_ROOT build setting to match the path to where you extracted the Ogre SDK.
