ECG: Emulator Code Generator

Introduction:
-------------
ECG is a library capable of dynamically generating native machine code for
your architecture (on the fly!) through a well-defined, clear C API. It also
provides facilities to allocate executable buffers and other code-generation
related operations.

ECG essentially exports a idealistic machine language that maps well to most,
if not all, major architectures on the market. In doing so, it loses some of
the advantages of that ISAs provide as far as peephole optimizations go. On
the other hand, it can generate machine code for any (supported) backend via
an elegant API.

Usage;
------
To use ECG, configure the project with CMake and build it. An install target
is included that will install relevant header files and libraries. Next, simply
simply `#include <ecg/ecg.h>` and you're good to go.

You must call ecg_global_init() once prior to using any ecg_* function, and you
must call ecg_global_cleanup() after you're finished with ecg and have released
any buffers allocated with ecg_alloc_buf().

Architecture:
-------------
For a list of instructions and their operations, view ecg/backend.h. In
general, ECG operations take 1-3 operand values. The operands are either target
registers or immediates, as specified in the declarations.

In general, you should not assume that ECG will map instructions to your native
architecture in a 1:1 ratio. This is especially true if you use immediate
values in your instructions that are greater than 12/16-bits in length when
sign-extended.
