Steps:

1. install netgen by using the following link: http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/netgen-mesher/index.php?title=Installation
	Remarks: 
		- don't forget to run configure with occ 
		- set the environment variables
		
2. in the CSG2Dparser/ folder:
		- compile: make -f Makefile.am
		- run netgen: use the path to the "netgen" executable. For example, if you've installed it in /opt/netgen/, you run: /opt/netgen/bin/netgen
