  LZO library:
  --with-lzo-lib=/path/to/library (liblzo.a)
  --with-lzo-headers=/path/to/headers (lzo1x.h)

  SOCKS library:
  --with-socks-lib=/path/to/library (libsocks.a or libsocks5.a)
