Montecarlo random walk of dominos on a lattice, with hard core exclusion.
Constraints on rotation are variable (see keys 5,6,7 in the interactive simulation).

tested on Mac OS X 10.8-10.11

Set resolution in domgrav.h to vary size of dominos on the screen.

With focus in graphics window, "h" will print interactive keys in launch window.
