Modded version of peer guardian to autoblock any portscanner or hacker that wants to use anything else than my provided service This might be a bit hard to compile as it has external dependencies like WDDDK , boost ... This is an IP layer network filter driver. Driver will not be digitaly signed so you can only use it on win2003 or below
