How to compile?

Usage
===============
$ ./xmparser input [output] [validate]
    where:
        input = the input file
        output = the output file (optional parameter)
        validate = 0 or 1 (optional parameter)

    If validate = 1 then the program will ry to validate the input file using the DASH-MPS.xsd schema.

The program parses a XML file and appends the "_out" string to the values of BaseURL elements.
If you want to modify the value of a different element, you should modify the value of BASEURL_XPATH macro from
the xmlparser.h.
You can also use the program to validate an xml. For different xsd schema you should change the value of 
XSD_SCHEMA_PATH from the xmlparser header.
