Gangsta Chat IRC Client

GChat is a graphical Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client. It is a modified version of XChat by Peter Zelezny. It uses the GTK+ graphical toolkit and is designed for UNIX-like systems.

Goals

Redesign the Perl plugin interface to be objective.
Add more features to the new Perl interface.
Remove old code for supporting Windows.
Remove DCC support.
Fix libnotify + GNOME 3 problem. ✔
Add mIRC colors to topic input bar. ✔
Make notices from users go to more visible locations. ✔
