Brick Pattern Speech Export:
  You will need Microsoft's Speech API Installed (SpeechSDK 5.1) 
    in order to have the voices available for the Speech File Export:

  Download and install SpeechSDK 5.1 from SpeechSDK51.exe or download from:
  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=5e86ec97-40a7-453f-b0ee-6583171b4530&displaylang=en
