USB Driver for Mac

- Get driver from http://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/pages/usbtouartbridgevcpdrivers.aspx
- Install and reboot.
- sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/SiLabsUSBDriver.kext
- Apply patch silabusbdriver_patch_for_sportident.patch to /System/Library/Extensions/SiLabsUSBDriver.kext/Contents/Info.plist
- sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/SiLabsUSBDriver.kext
