Set of tools to work with Gadget Snapshots

You need a working installation of the GSL libraries and put the installation path in the makefile.

possible makefile options to account for changes in the Gadget snapshot format:
NOPOT - snapshots do not contain the particles potential
LONGIDS - 8-Byte instead of 4-Byte particle IDs
METALS - CS_MODEL Metals
