Implementation of Two Level Cache Policy in Named Data Network using ndnSIM

Installation instructions for the default version of ndnSIM v 2.0 can be found at the following website - http://ndnsim.net/2.0/getting-started.html

After the default version of ndnSIM is installed and working correctly, please replace the default files in specific folders with the modified files provided in this repo.

For example, to replace the default ndn-consumer.cpp file, replace the said file in its current directory with the file provided in the same directory, under the main directory, i.e. the ProjectCodebase directory.
