HDS Muxer README
----------

This code runs http://zabava.ru video service. How to use:
- build hds-dvr branch
- command line example: ffmpeg -i udp://127.0.0.1:7777 -codec copy -f hds -hds_time 6 /path/to/manifest.f4m
- no .abst or .f4m files, only Seg1-FragN
