TI and open source projects converted to build/debug with Eclipse and OpenOCD

Librairies and executable projects for the TI CC3200 Launchpad.

Tuto project: Test (a simple test program for build and debugging). TI projects converted: Blinky, wlan_ap (configured for using FreeRTOS), wlan_station (configured for using FreeRTOS). TI librairies converted: driverlib, CC3200include (contains inc and common), middleware, oslib, simplelink, FreeRTOS.

TESTED on UBUNTU 14.04, Eclipse Luna, OpenOCD 0.7.0, Launchpad Rev 3.2
