The Arduino code can be installed directly into the Arduino Pro Mini using the
Arduino IDE.

For the Node codes, you would need to install Node JS. Lastest version can be
downloaded here:

https://nodejs.org/en/

On Windows open a command prompt and go to the directory where you put the server.js.

  cd path-to-node-file/server.js

then enter in the following command to activate the server

  node server.js
