This is the Windows client for the Salmon censorship circumvention system.

Salmon is released under the GPLv3.

The Releases section of this repository also provides a copy of the SoftEther client (https://www.softether.org/), which is released under the GPLv2.

To install, first install the SoftEther client (the version hosted here comes with simple illustrated instructions). Next, download the Salmon client .zip package, unzip it, and run Salmon.exe - no installation needed.
