please install ncurses library (Most probably it is installed by default)

To build.:

make
Binaries will be created in bin/

To generate docs:
make doc
Documentation can be viewed by opening doc/html/index.html in a web browser

To generate tar : 
make tar

To install it on your system. 
Which means you can simply type cbrainy on your cmdline to use it.:

sudo make install
