A Windows utility to make a window transparent.

Simply load the transwnd.sln and compile in Visual Studio.

Make a short cut of transwnd, add ABSOLUTE path of the target app as the 2nd parameter, and the transparency factor as the 3rd parameter. e.g. C:\transwnd\transwnd.exe C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe 0.8
