COS 318 Project 3: Pre-emptive Kernel

All parts of the assignment appear to be functioning as desired. We mostly followed the directions as outlined in the commented code. One issue we faced was not properly entering into a critical section when blocking and unblocking. We also initially didn't save the callee-save registers in entry.S, which caused them to be clobbered.
