This program will generate the permutation graph which represents how cards can beat each other.
Usage: ./mutti [OPTION]...
-h, --help display this help and exit
-v, --version output version information and exit
-d, --dot generate dot files
-c, --cards use skat cards for permutation
-e, --ace ace hi, defaults to ace low
