To create a clean package, do this:

• Run ./1refresh.sh from macOS to refresh the Bibledit kernel.
• Build server.sln and gui.sln from Visual Studio 2019.
• Run 2copyall.bat on Windows to copy things into place.
• Run 3package.bat on Windows to put everything into a setup.exe.
