This repository contains the FreeBody software, packaged both as a Matlab app, and as the source code.

FreeBody consists of a Windows application and Matlab code.

The top level of this repository contains the Visual Studio project files for the Windows application.

The folder "Model v2" contains the C++ source files for the Windows application.

The folder "Release" contains the compiled Windows application, the Matlab m files that are run after the Windows application, and the user guide.

The folder "FreeBody Matlab" contains a zip file containing the Matlab application. The folder has a sub folder that contains the Matlab files that are used to build the application.
