Seqsim is a dead simple simulation of RNA-Seq for use with evaluation of computational and statistical methods (i.e., alignment, quantification, etc).

You will need the following libraries:

• GSL (http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/)
• zlib (http://zlib.net/)

Then, on most systems, simply run,

./configure && make install
