Sortie-ND core model development

This is my GitHub for the core model of SORTIE-ND 7.02; as downloaded from the sortie-nd.org site.

I'll be extending this model to incorporate genetic variation into the base model, so that researchers, including myself, can examine the effects of genetic variation in forest "neighborhoods"
