projection of a matrix locus and randomization

all necessary coeficients, path ... in mkmat.xml file

usage: .L mkmat.C mkmat_open(23) ... can open root file with run23 ... not too much tested

mkmat1(6,"V","ct6_d") ... uses TGCut ct6_d (deuterons in t6) and project the dE+fact*E sum. "V" is for vme

mkmat(2) ... draw a matrix of t2 ... dE vs dE+fact E
