decicn

I translate legacy Mac OS cicn resources to more useful formats, but can't
do it alone. ImageMagick does the hard work of building a PNG. hfsutils, 
macunpack, and rsrce are going to come in handy extracting the cicn from 
whatever package it's currently wrapped in.
