Setup :

• clone this repo, git clone https://github.com/ryanbartley/HeartBeat.git
• run git submodule init, git submodule update for the current Cinder fork
• initialize the submodules in cinder as well.
• build Cinder, make sure you have checked-out glNext branch
• build tests/TestProject to confirm that everything is ok
