Nginx plugins especially for UDS.
Add uds_prefix into nginx.conf when use F5 proxy.

需要把cygiwn的/usr/bin 增加到系统PATH目录中，因为vs2010编译时候需要perl程序

nginx 官网不提供nginx windows 相关源码包,下载步骤:
1.官网下载对应的版本.tar.gz
2.安装hg 下载到对应版本的源码包后,替换src,misc的内容就可以编译nginx windows版本
